Mission Statement

To monitor and protect the natural habitat, rural lifestyle, and inland fisheries of East Lake and its Watershed and to ensure their preservation for future generations through proper zoning by-laws, environmental protection, measurements of water and air quality, balanced sustainable development, restoration and conservation.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.

Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

Margaret Mead, US anthropologist (1901 - 1978)
